Getting Involved  "Volunteerism begins with the desire to see change. We can choose to find a hundred excuses why we can't do something and a hundred ways of getting it done. The choice lies within us. “A dedicated Habitat volunteer in India, where 350 million people live below the poverty level. How can you get involved? We depend on volunteers, donors and community members to make our programs and projects successful. The support we have received from our friends and neighbors has been amazing! There are many ways that YOU can become involved from wielding a hammer to volunteering on one of our committees to donating services, materials and/or money. Serve on a Committee No experience is necessary. A willingness to learn and a commitment to Habitat's mission are essential.
